Chocolate Brownies

Vanilla
Essence 1 tsp
Walnuts

Recipe of Brownies
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees C.
- In a bowl, sift together flour and baking powder.
- In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and butter together. You can also melt them in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds on full powder.
- Beat in the butter mixture, the sugar, eggs and vanilla essence. Blend well.
- Add the sifted flour mix to this and the walnuts and fold well so that everything is combined properly. Do not over blend like cake mix.
- Take a 8 or 9 inch baking tin and grease it.
- Pour the batter in the baking tin and bake at convection or jetheat or baking mode for 45 mins. The skewer inserted will not come out clean, but its ok as brownies are little mushy and cooked 95%.
- Place it on wire rack to cool. Cut it into squares and serve hot with chocolate sauce, icecream or just like that!
